These terms govern access to and use of HD Clothing POD, an OMS/WMS workspace for online marketplace apparel fulfillment and warehouse operations.

本条款适用于访问和使用 HD Clothing POD。该系统是面向线上平台服装履约和仓库运营的 OMS/WMS 工作台。

Authorized Use授权使用

Users may access the service only through authorized accounts and only for legitimate business operations connected to their assigned store, warehouse, inventory, shipping, return, finance, or audit workflow.

用户只能通过已授权账号访问服务，并且只能用于与其分配的店铺、仓库、库存、发货、退货、财务或审计流程相关的合法业务操作。

Account Responsibilities账号责任

• Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
• Users must not share accounts, bypass access controls, scrape restricted data, or interfere with service security.
• Account owners are responsible for actions performed by their authorized users.

• 用户应妥善保管账号凭证并保持其保密。
• 用户不得共享账号、绕过访问控制、抓取受限数据或干扰服务安全。
• 账号所有者应对其授权用户执行的操作负责。

Marketplace Integrations平台集成

Users may connect marketplace accounts only when they have authority to do so. The platform uses approved API access to process operational data such as store, order, SKU, product image, refund, return, shipping, and synchronization records.

用户只有在具备相应权限时才可以连接线上平台账号。平台会通过已批准的 API 访问处理店铺、订单、SKU、商品图片、退款、退货、发货和同步记录等运营数据。

Operational Data运营数据

Users must ensure that uploaded product, image, order, inventory, and shipping data is accurate and that they have the right to use it. HD Clothing POD may keep audit records for security, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.

用户应确保上传的商品、图片、订单、库存和发货数据准确，并且其有权使用这些数据。HD Clothing POD 可以出于安全、会计和争议处理目的保留审计记录。

Availability可用性

The service is provided for business operations. We may perform maintenance, restrict abusive activity, suspend compromised accounts, or modify functionality to protect the platform.

本服务用于业务运营。为保护平台，我们可能进行维护、限制滥用行为、暂停存在风险的账号或调整功能。

Limitations责任限制

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HD Clothing POD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

在法律允许的最大范围内，HD Clothing POD 不对因使用本服务产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。
